They relied on the primary data obtained from a survey, covering selected locations in all the six geo-political zones of the federation. Qualitative research methods were used to elicit information from foreign exchange operators in the parallel market and bureau de change(BDC) as well as the end-users that patronize the market. The analytical technique was based on the use of frequency counts and percentages to strengthen the results of the study.
