This book provides is an in-depth analysis of the assistance Israel has rendered to the developing countries of the world. The author demonstrates close familiarity with the development programs Israel has initiated and he has analysed their underlying strengths and weaknesses very well.
The book is divided into three parts.Part I is Israel's Program of Cooperation which presents a detailed description of the various aspects of the Israeli assistance program. Part II discusses the multilateral and bilateral cooperation between Israel and other emerging countries. Part III considers the outlook for the possibilities of mutual assistance which Israel seeks in providing aid to new nations.
