E. Wadsworth who was Editor for most of the time. This is to be welcomed because, although many of the articles are available elsewhere, there is much to be said for having the complete menu at hand. The selected articles are grouped in three principal sections: banking and credit policy, London's markets for money, and the annual monetary surveys from 1959 to 1971. These sections are supplemented by a final section of approximately 80 pages which is composed of six appendices. These cover such diverse matters as monetary chronology 1959-71, monetary documents such as the Chancellor of the Exchequer's Letters of Intent to the International Monetary Fund in 1967 and 1969, banking structure and statistical series and charts.
