The author have two express hopes for this book. First, and foremost, that people who are considering their initial venture will have the odds for success firmly shifted in their favor. Secondly, that there might be some stimulation in the academic community to do a better job of relating personality, per se, and the psychological aspects of business to the fundamentals of business so as to more adequately prepare the individual who would undertake entrepreneurial ventures.
