Bibliography: p. 374-376.
Possibly, the most distinctive feature of this book is the inclusion of a large number of worked examples. Most of the examples are taken from economics and, more specifically, from the theory of optimal growth. However, while the book does provide an introduction to the theory of optimal growth, it sets out on a mathematics text, not an economics text.
