Summary: This book contains a report by the Federal Military Government, on the 7th of February, 1975, formally reconstituted to examine the Public Service Review Panel views and to to enlarge its membership for the purpose of examining expeditiously the large numbers of petitions submitted to the Unit. The panel was required to receive and examine petitions and complaints against the grading and salary scales which were approved in the White Paper on the Udoji Report and to submit suitable recommendations to the Government not later than the end of February 1975.
