This paper will attempt to deal with the entire issue of 'too many drugs' as factually as possible. An attempt will be made to categorize the three major kinds of 'surplus' medications, to compare the number of prescription items now available in the united States to the situation in other nations, and then to see it the 'too' in 'too many drugs' is accurate
