The papers in this volume are divided into five sections. Section 1 consists of an introduction and opening address. Section 2 presents an overview of the state of industrialization in ECOWAS along with detailed studies of some countries. Section 3 is on the infrastructural base for industrialization. Section four deals with trade prospects and the co-ordination of industrial policies, while section 5 is on fiscal and monetary policies of integrated industrialization.
