The year 1991 was a difficult one for Africa group of Developing countries. although the civil war apparently came to an end in Ethiopa and Angola, the situation in the two countries has still not yet settled down. At the same time, outright war raged throughout the year in Somalia and armed conflict lingered on in Liberia, Mozambique and Sudan.
