This Report resulted from the report presented on 30th April, 1964, of the Commission on the Review of wages, salaries, and conditions of service of the Junior employees of the Governments of the Federation and in private employment. The present Report recommended, amongst other things, that the Governments of the Federation should undertake a review of the gradings of the various posts in respect of which the Commission had received claims for re-grading and which were listed in Appendix 8 of its report.
